Luz Mary Serna always dreamt with learning about the beauty industry. In 2002 she traveled to Chicago, United States, where she resided in for 10 years, taking her studies in as estheticism, achieving to get certified with the license of Illinois with the specialty in eyelash extension, eyebrows, and chemical peelings; certified by prestigious companies like  Lavish Lashes and others.

Her long experience took her to work beside the doctor Harold Diaz in the company HD Med and Spa, where she obtained complete knowledge about esthetic and hormonal medicine, which is very important in the whole area of esthetic to be able to offer the most secure and ethical care of the organism.

Chicago Beauty is born as a concept in 2012, formalizing in the year 2016. A Brand that seeks to offer the best quality and technique. Today, Luz is in constant actualization in all the aspects of the beauty world, attending regularly to the American Beauty Show where there is a great variety in conferences about new techniques and products to maintain with the latest in esthetic technology.
